Scope of Warranty:

This warranty covers all auto parts purchased from our eBay store for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase. The warranty is valid for the original purchaser of the auto parts and is non-transferable.

Warranty Coverage: 

We warrant that the auto parts will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service. If a defect arises during the warranty period, we will, at our sole discretion, either repair or replace the defective auto parts at no cost to the customer.

Exclusions: 

This warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from:

1. Improper installation, misuse, or neglect

2. Accidents, collision, or vandalism

3. Modification or alteration of the auto parts

4. Normal wear and tear

Claim Process:

If you believe that your auto parts are defective and covered under this warranty, please contact us through eBay messaging within the warranty period. We may require you to provide proof of purchase and additional information to process your claim. Upon approval of a warranty claim, we will provide instructions for returning the defective auto parts, and we will either repair or replace the parts as necessary.

• We've had quite a few fraudulent returns. Buyers had been taking it apart and replacing the actuator and returning it, or just trying to mimic the marks on it and return their old one in its place. Its been a huge pain. Because of that, we no longer just test them in the cars and just ship them.

• We test every steering assist motor that ships out. We also completely take it apart, check the internal gearing, mark it internally, test the actuator, make sure its greased, re-assemble the unit, and spin it to make sure its not locked up. The only units that ship are the ones that we check.
